Payment

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollar (SGD).  Online and offline payments available via Paypal and Stripe (for credit cards), Paynow and Paylah. No COD and cheque service.

 

Delivery Information

We deliver in Singapore and to 90% of the countries worldwide. Upon purchase, your order is being processed and will be shipped out within 3-5 working days.

 

Jewellery, Original Paintings, Objects & Posters

1) Free delivery in Singapore within 3-5 days delivered with tracking (Smartpac or Speedpost Standard).

Singpost Smartpac is a safe and local tracked parcel delivery to your letterbox in Singapore. Should your items exceed a certain amount, I will use Speedpost Standard service. It is a safe doorstep courier service for larger-sized items or more in quantity.

2) Overseas Speedpost Priority tracked doorstep service starts from $39 with tracking.

3) Shipping costs include shipping fees and insurance. 
4) One-time service for every parcel. Any re-deliveries will be borne by the customer. Responsibility is completed when delivery tracking status update is delivered/delivery note issued. Please be assured that all our creations are packed well. Any delivery problems, contact us. 

 

Singpost Speedpost ships to these countries but the insurance is not applicable. We will still ship out to you. Please ship at your own risk.

Delivering to Your Hotel in Singapore

This service is available for orders to deliver to hotels in Singapore only. Purchase from our webstore here, and let us deliver to the hotel you are staying at. Simply WhatsApp me, Lee Jane, at +65 96903193, and I will get in touch with you asap to arrange the delivery. 

 

Your information is in confidence. Your parcel will be delivered to the hotel concierge within 2 days or directly to you at the concierge/lobby. Please ensure that you are still in Singapore for that duration.

Please note: You will be responsible for any hotel charges for holding parcels, no free shipping to the next location and no refund for missing parcels. We will do our utmost to ensure you will receive your items properly.

Cancellation, Refund and Returns Information

All jewellery/sculptures/ paintings shipped out and delivered, are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
I seek your understanding.

Refunds apply if I am unable to send to that country, or your package is lost during transit (less shipping fees). If package is lost, I will verify with the courier, notify you of refund and refund via the same method you paid from. This verification and refund may take a few weeks. Please be patient.

​Your country tax/import regulations

Before purchase, buyer has to be responsible for your own country tax. Buyer also needs to know of any import restrictions of Works of Art and Sculptures into your country. Any returned parcels will have to be re-delivered and all costs borne by buyer.​

Artist Certificate

We provide certificates for metal paintings and sculptures sold on this official website. The certificates will authenticate that a particular item is created by Lee Lee Jane, the artist herself or by MTS logo (main brand).

Intellectual Property and Rights

MTS ARTS LLP rightfully claims all intellectual property of digital/photographic images and printed material of all our artwork (including jewellery, paintings and objects). Only we can use all these materials at our discretion for means of brand showcase and replication work.

Material Quality Declaration

Our materials are acquired from reputated/curated sources for our art/jewellery. Lasting and tarnish-resistant. We aim to provide good quality materials and always do our utmost to assess the quality type that goes into our creations to our best knowledge. We deal with both natural, lab-grown and sometimes 'enhanced' gemstones as part of our curation. Heat-procesed gemstones or jade in permanent state are acceptable 'enhanced'. We will declare this on the product description.

 

Should certain gemstones have undergone enhancement treatments, we will firstly ensure the enhanced states are permanent before declaring and selling it to our customers.

Artists' Advisory

Our art goes through detailed research, planning, resource procurement and design to bring to completion. We create these uniquely for our customers, and we own these designs. We urge all to not duplicate these designs. We appreciate your understanding. 

 

Why does my creation look different from the website?

While we do our best to photograph the creations in luminous natural lighting, sometimes they will look different due to the individual monitor settings that you see from. While a rare occurrence, please give reasonable allowance for this.

Care and Maintenance

Simple care and maintenance is necessary for all jewellery. Avoid direct perfume/sun, and other chemicals. Remove before shower.  Use soapy water to gently run through the creation with your fingers in round motions. Rinse thoroughly after. Towel dry.

Simple care and maintenance is necessary for all artwork. Avoid displaying it in direct sunlight or with high humidity. Recommended to display artwork in the frame provided.  If you are displaying it without the frame, periodic, running through water with simple watery soap and light sponging through is recommended. Gently wipe dry with cloth. No chemical cleaning allowed.
